THE VILLA:
This new seaside Villa with 5 bedrooms consists of three levels: Ground floor, the First floor and the Second floor Penthouse apartment; the latter with stunning sea view.

SWIMMING POOL AND LAWN GARDEN
The villa has a private swimming pool with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas, a 170m2/1830ft2 sunny lawn garden (with a private part for guests staying at the ground floor apartment) with outdoor wooden furniture and a 100m2/1076ft2 enclosed front courtyard with a small table and four chairs, ideal for sitting in the shade until midday and for children to play in a secured environment.

DESCRIPTION FLOORS IN THE VILLA
All three floors are fully autonomous units, each with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, washing machine etc.
Each apartment has it's own separate entrance, making the villa the ideal property for a large family (with grandparents) and for up to three families, or couples, but also a group of friends, who want to spent their holiday all together in one holiday house, with each one however having the privacy of their very own apartment.

All floors are interconnected through a marble staircase, through which each floor communicates with the others (including the back entrance of ground floor).
This staircase runs inside villa, outside the entrance of each apartment, from the second floor Penthouse, first floor, down to ground floor, allowing for the guests staying at the first floor and the Penthouse to access the swimming pool and garden, without having to pass through the ground floor apartment, which has it's own separate access in it's kitchen to the swimming pool and the garden and it's main entrance at the front.
All rooms in the villa are suited with individual central heating, adjustable per apartment.

GROUND FLOOR: This (90m2/9780ft2) apartment consists of a large living room with an open fireplace. It has a good size dining space near to the kitchen, with a table for 6 persons and chairs. The living area has two large relax chairs, a three person couch and a two person comfortable sofa bed/couch which can be unfolded for sleeping, a TV set and a DVD player.
The kitchen, with access to the garden, includes all equipment needed (knives, forks, spoons, cups, pans, plates etc.), a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a 4 pit electric cooker plus oven etc. Bedroom 1, overlooking the garden and swimming pool, has a double bed and several large wardrobes. Bedroom 2, overlooking the front enclosed courtyard, has two single beds (one extra single bed can be added), and several large wardrobes. The spacious bathroom has a large bath, shower, toilet and washing machine.
